A week ago, on a day when the world was reeling from terrorist attacks in Paris, I felt one person's love for her work first hand. Just over 15 years and a month ago in September 1999, almost to the day, I was sitting at my desk in a beautiful Sussex barn we were renting as our office, putting the finishing touches to the front cover design of a sales and marketing technology magazine which I had co-founded a few years before.
