HELPING ORGANISATIONS TO SUCCEED
Whether you work in education, the third sector or business, it's clear that the biggest challenge we face today is the disengagement and loss of people’s potential.
According to research by Gallup, only 15% of people in the UK are workplace stars - intellectually and emotionally engaged because they love what they do, leaving a whopping 89% acting as sleepwalkers or worse still saboteurs in the office. And CIPD research shows that almost half of the UK workforce are in the wrong job based on their skill level. So it's little wonder that in 2017/2018 the UK lost 15.4 million working days due to work related stress, depression or anxiety and 788,000 young people developed a NEET profile (Not in Education, Employment or Training). We know this happens when individuals lack a clear sense of belonging, purpose and direction in their lives. That's what we specialise in - developing purposeful individuals who are intrinsically motivated by what they do. |
