Carolyn Parry BA (Hons), FRSA, FHEA, FIEEP, FCDI, RCDP Career Alchemy's lead coach and trainer is Carolyn Parry, one of the UK's foremost career and life coaching experts. TEDx speaker, and author of 'Change Your Story: Escape from a job you hate and create a career your love - on purpose' and newly published 'Supporting Achievers to Unlock Sustainable Career Success: Theory, Strategy and Practice.' Rhys Parry - Founder Director An electronic engineer by training, Rhys has more than 30 years' software development and project management experience in the software industry for companies such as Helwett Packard and Easams. In this context he recruited and managed teams in excess of 100 people. A change of career led him to spending over a decade as a teaching fellow in a UK top 15 computer science department in a British University.
