Hi there, I am Carolyn Parry, founder of Career Alchemy, an award-winning career and life coach, TEDx speaker, and twice times published author. I am a Fellow and Past President of the Career Development Institute, the UK professional body for career development and I am an experienced Non-Executive Director. For over 25 years, I have supported achievers, leaders, and organisations to navigate pressure, disruption, and career decisions — without losing themselves in the process. Before that, I spent successful but soul-eroding years in 17 years in sales and marketing management, working in property, aerospace and tech publishing and international software.
