Carolyn Parry is an award-winning career identity coach, TEDx speaker, and author of two books: Change Your Story (Wisdom, 2023) and Supporting Achievers to Unlock Sustainable Career Success (Trotman, 2026).
Carolyn specialises in the crisis: the slow erosion between who you are and what you do. She has lived it herself — burnout at 39 in a successful but empty business career. That experience is the foundation of everything she does. For 25 years she has coached high achievers through moments when success costs them themselves. She also has over 10 years' experience as NED. Perhaps most importantly, she is a CDI Fellow, Past President of the Career Development Institute, and UK Career Coach of the Year. |
