​Each coaching session is up to one hour long with Carolyn Parry, our Lead Career Alchemist and where appropriate, includes session notes, interactive activity sheets and links which are emailed to you afterwards to ensure success.


Sessions are delivered at a time and medium to suit you. Choose from Zoom or phone with email support.


For clients with hearing difficulties, we can also offer instant chat services through Messenger/What's App services.
