Career Alchemy provides transformative career coaching and training that help you light up your working life regardless of what the future may hold.
We do this through high-impact programmes and award-winning coaching that enable individuals and organisations to create happy, authentic and fulfilling working lives which inspire them and reflect who they are. Our work enables our clients to develop their self-understanding and belief using gold dust coaching and light-bulb techniques to ignite thinking, raise spirits and inspire self-confidence. Our mission is to set you up for success so you can step into your potential purposefully and create the future you want. |
WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT
Designed by our Founder Director, Carolyn Parry, a multi-award winning career coach and President-Elect of the Career Development Institute the professional body for the sector, we deliver effective, affordable and flexible career coaching programmes, developed from almost 20 years' experience working with emerging and established career professionals and career changers.
Our approaches are innovative and tested. We incorporate ideas and processes from the fields of career counselling and guidance, neuroscience, positive psychology, emotional intelligence with excellence in teaching to create innovative programmes. We deliver these live and sometimes as e-learning programmes. We also develop bespoke sessions for organisations to use with their clients. This often uses our research proven INSPiRED career coaching toolkit and Planner.
We help you work with your heart and your head so you make the changes you want to get the best results for you.
As well as delivering some commissioned programmes face to face, we use technology to help as many people as possible to benefit. This also means that you can learn and develop when it is convenient to you.
Our online programmes offer far more than just e-learning though.
As we know from experience, e-learning often fails because you are working through it on your own and, as you may already have found, motivation has a tendency to drop off if we are doing things on our own.
Career Alchemy career coaching programmes deliver because we are always on hand to work with you through webinars, closed course groups and regular virtual office hours, all designed to keep you feeling inspired, supported and motivated.
That way, you get maximum value from the programmes so you get to love your work and develop a fulfilling and successful career.
And if you would prefer a more traditional one to one coaching approach, we'd love to help you with that too.
